8oz Ground Almonds
1 small Onion
1 medium sized Apple
1 medium sized Carrot
1 & little milk (for binding together) Egg
for frying Oil
1 teaspoon Curry Powder

Serve with Honey & Tarragon Sauce (Optional)
Mix 1 small tin of Tomato Puree
with a Generous teaspoon of Mustard
Add 1 dessert spoon of Honey
Add 1 teaspoon of Tarragon
Mix all together, Add Water, then Corn Flour to thicken as you stir

For a more Luxurious Nut Roast (say at Christmas)
Add 1 grated Courgette and;
a few fried Mushrooms (fry separately to the onion & apple as Mushrooms go watery)

Chop the onion and apple into small pieces

Fry both together until just turning (but not quite) brown

Grate the Carrot

Mix the onion, apple, carrot and Ground Almonds together in a bowl

Whisk the Egg, add a little Milk

Add 1 teaspoon Curry Powder

Bind all together

Grease a Loaf Tin (Bread tin) and pour the mixture in

It should be of a Cake type consistency (not too thick, not too thin)

Cook at 280 degrees until Golden Brown on the top
