Serve with Honey & Tarragon Sauce (Optional)
Mix 1 small tin of Tomato Puree
with a Generous teaspoon of Mustard
Add 1 dessert spoon of Honey
Add 1 teaspoon of Tarragon
Mix all together, Add Water, then Corn Flour to thicken as you stir
For a more Luxurious Nut Roast (say at Christmas)
Add 1 grated Courgette and;
a few fried Mushrooms (fry separately to the onion & apple as Mushrooms go watery)
