350g Dark chocolate70%

350g Good quality salted butter

Cocoa Powder(for greasing)

10 Egg yolks

5 Whole eggs

140g Caster sugar

130g Plain flour

Step1:Spray moulds with oil and line with cocoa powder, leave to one side. |

Step 2:Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of hot water, do not let the water boil. |

Step 3:Once melted mix well. Place yolks, whole eggs and caster sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk on full power until light and fluffy. |

Step 4:Pour in the chocolate mix and fully incorporate. |

Step 5:Place into piping bags and pipe into moulds. |
