St Martin has a surprising number of historic tales to reveal! From Gorey harbour to the headland above and then into the adjoining lanes there are some intriguing examples of the Jerseyman’s endeavours from the Neolithic era; the Middle Ages; Victorian times and WW2 to the present day. This peaceful area also has a long agricultural history and several National Trust connections all making for an enjoyable and informative morning adventure!
