This week we are delighted to join Ariel Luke at her stunning wildlife-friendly garden in rural St Peter.
We will spend time looking at both wildflowers and garden plants, all planted by Ariel to encourage our native wildlife.
Around the property are mature trees and a wet meadow. We shall keep a look out for a pair of Buzzard that nest every year in the old oak tree.
Not only is the garden a haven for nature, the property is thought to be one of the oldest medieval houses in the Channel Islands, dating from the mid 13th century.
We are very excited to be leading this wildlife wander with a difference! Thank you Ariel.
