As well as the hooping activities, our biodegradable Glitter Bar is a popular feature at any event is a popular addition at any event. We have glitter that appeals to all your guests and they can choose from hundreds of boys and girls (no age limit applies) glitter tattoos which can be tailored to your party or event theme as well as stunning glitter face designs.
Hen Parties
Hen parties are about having fun and bonding before the big day, so there will be lots of silly games to warm you up and get you all laughing. Pumping tunes are where it’s at! Feel free to request the bride’s favourite song or era (hello 80s!) and we’ll be sure to put it on our playlist. Once practised we’ll create and film a group routine as a memento of the day. Some hen parties have gone on to perform hoop routines at the wedding!
Weddings
Add extra fun and sparkle to your special day. Hula hooping and Glitter are unique and eye-catching additions to any wedding! Get your guests up and laughing with a hula hoop workshop! This can be at a set time of your choice or we can stay for longer and guests can have a go at their leisure. We will teach your guests to spin hoops on their waist as well as lots of other fun and easy tricks on and off the body. Great for young and old and no experience necessary! Alternatively we can leave our hoops with you for the guests to have fun with any time that fits with your wishes.
Whether you are having a festival or circus-themed wedding, want something to keep the younger guests occupied or you are looking for something completely different, we can create bespoke packages that cater to your needs. 
Children’s Parties
Whatever your age or gender, we have something for everyone. We will modify the hooping party to ensure its best suited to the age group. Hooping or glitter as a unique addition to your party or event. As well as having lots of fun it’s great for the children to get active and burn off lots of energy. It’s also a wonderful way for the children to interact and learn a new skill.
Festivals
Additional fun activities always go down a storm at any festival, village fayre or local event and in our experience our Hula Hooping and biodegradable Glitter bar has proven to be very popular with all visitors to the event. We’ll turn up with plenty of hula hoops for people to play with at your event. We can stay as long as you like! We’ll be near to the hoops to do short demonstrations and on the spot tutorials. This is designed to be a relaxed and informal activity that’s friendly fun for all family. We offer packages that include just the hoops or just our Glitter Bar or both. 
Good for your Health
Hooping helps maintain fitness. It is a great cardio workout, strengthens the core but is low impact on knees, hips or your back. Hooping on and off your body brings stability, strength, balance and can help improve posture & emotional wellbeing. Hooping makes you happy.
Our classes are suitable for newbies, beginners and intermediate levels alike and we can offer bespoke Hoops and glitter event packages to meet with your wishes and help make it an event to remember.
Hooping is becoming more and more popular at gyms, festivals and even with celebrities like Grace Jones, Michelle Obama and Beyonce, as a way to get fit and have fun at the same time. 2020 was a challenge but Hooping became a great way to get active in your home & garden for all the family. In these difficult times hooping also helps calm your mind and relieves stress with the rhythmic circular motion. Most importantly it makes you laugh as you rediscover your inner child.

This can be hired alongside the hooping activity or as a standalone. Everyone loves a bit of glitter and this is perfect for a festival themed wedding or a treat for the younger guests. We have glitter that will appeal to all your guests and they can choose from hundreds of boys and girls (no age limit applies) glitter tattoos which can be tailored event colour theme as well stunning glitter face designs.
