Hence she is now producing food at the small, intimate kitchen at The Bagot Inn. Being that it is a small kitchen, Meaw intends concentrating on producing not only all the popular Thai dishes many Islanders will already know and love but also some that may not be so well known. To make all these dishes stand out from the crowd, she is using only top quality vegetables, meats and fish, sourced wherever possible, from local suppliers. These are cooked with a variety of pastes and sauces some of which she makes herself using the freshest ingredients to create the true Authentic Thai Cuisine.
Bagot Inn Little Meaw’s Thai Kitchen - Meaw’s underlying ambition has always been to run her own Thai Kitchen, so when the opportunity arose to fulfil that ambition, she jumped at the chance.
