Soul Expressions Art Studio

Soul expressions art studio was set up in 2019 by local artist Jo who specialises in graphite and pastel portrait commissions as well as watercolour paintings, prints and greeting cards.

Jo is a big believer in the healing power of art and hopes that hers can add a little touch of inspiration and beauty to the world. Her artistic style can be described as abstract realism with spiritual themes and an underlying message of hope. In addition to portraits, Jo also specialises in watercolour paintings and describes her style as abstract realism with a spiritual tone which evokes deep emotions and a sense of truth and hope. Jo’s father and both grandparents on his side were also artists and so she feels very fortunate to have been brought up in an artistic home and is delighted to be able to continue the McLinton family legacy by sharing her artistic voice with the world.
